RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
At Truly Raw Juice, every juice is made fresh and is considered a perishable food product.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been prepared, delivered, or picked up.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or believe part of your order is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Food Safety
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returned juice products. Any product that has left our facility cannot be resold or redistributed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once your juices have been prepared, processed, or packaged, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
